There is no catch. EmPower+ is a New York State program that fully funds approved upgrades for income-eligible households. If you qualify, you pay nothing for the approved work.
Eligibility is mainly based on household income, and on owning or renting a one- to four-family home in New York. Fill out the form or call us and we will check for you.
A certified technician looks at your insulation, air leaks, heating and cooling, and health and safety items, then explains which upgrades the program can cover. There is no obligation.
